Mindfulness is a cool buzzword these days and in today’s conversation we’re focused on what it takes to develop a business culture around the concepts of mindful leadership.
My guest, Jonathan Raymond is a mindful leader on a similar path to my own when it comes to meditation and gaining greater levels of self-understanding since the late 1990’s. Similarly, Jonathan became very good at straddling the two worlds of working his way up the corporate career ladder and at the same time looking inside for greater wisdom. Eventually this led Jonathan to co-found Refound coaching which is an organization dedicated to helping managers and employees enact change from the inside and out. Prior to starting refound, Jonathan was the former CEO of EMyth (the company that brought us the wonderful books The EMyth and The EMyth Revisited).
I know you’re going to enjoy this contemplative conversation about leadership — including ways to:
-set better boundaries in your work environment,
-become more accountable to your employees, and
-become a way more effective communicator.
What it takes to become an empowering leader has changed substantially over the past 10 years and this is a perfect conversation to gain new insight that could make your work environment more enjoyable, productive and inspired!
